Removing stumps from your yard can be challenging, and we understand that you might have questions about the process. That's why we've created a simple guide that outlines the entire stump grinding process, step by step. Our guide is designed to make the process as easy as possible for you, so you can rest assured that your yard is in good hands.
Size It Up​
To give you an accurate quote, we need the size of your stump. That tells us what equipment we’ll use and how long the job will take.

All you have to do is place a tape measure across the base of the stump and grab the width.
Not sure if you’ve got it right? No worries — snap a quick photo with the tape in place and send it over. We’ll handle the rest.
Show Us The Spot​
The position of the stump helps us choose the right equipment for the job and decide if protective barriers are needed to prevent damage to nearby areas.

Time To Grind​
With the size and location determined, we use professional equipment to grind the stump below grade, reducing it to mulch.

While grinding can disturb the surrounding area, the grindings (chips and soil) are left over the area to settle. We make every effort to leave your yard in good condition.
